Structure / Gluttony
[engl] After a 12" on Neck Chop and a 7" on Iron Lung, Acrylics are back with two incredible, discordant blasts, this is the sound of your mind being ripped out. If you are looking for contemporaries, I'm not sure there are any at the moment. "Structure" is a bit more on the pogo side complimented nicely with sharp echo stabs and a ruinous atmosphere. "Gluttony" brings us back to that toss-and-turn-in-a-dark-alley kind of crunchy freak junk that the teens mangle themselves to. Our favorite blend of ugly and appealing." Acrylics are pushing the boundaries with each release. Highly recommended.- Format
