MODULARES
s/t
[engl] The main influences of Modulares are post-punk/powerpop from the late 70s and early 80s, with a twist from the old garage-punks of the 60s. This combination of influences added to the band’s original talents to compose new gems help to create a pulsating buzz saw that doesn’t get any close to the new and pre-established clichés of today’s pop music. The lyrics (in loud and clear Brazilian Portuguese) are about the pressure and questions of people who have the big city as a frame for their lives. Love adventures and misadventures, the swinging nightlife and the loneliness imposed by the modern world are the most common subjects of their songs.- Format
