[engl] Exactly one year after the release of their first 7’’, ANNEES ZERO does it again ! Lille incendiary quintet has built a strong reputation taking no prisoners in their live acts. These representatives of a ripped and fallen world are back with a new 7’’. This new record is an alloy of rage and emergency in which the band didn’t fear to bring new influences (expect some more noise and disturbance). The incandescence spreads itself in these five pissed off hardcore tracks. The band uses these words to explain its approach : « At our own pace, we are moving forward and we are stripping ourselves to live at best in this disastrous and hostile world, and always against it. » 500 copies on black vinyl.

[engl] BARREN? comes out of the greyness of a sick world in which we have to build hope by ourselves. Between urban drifts and authority abuses, voices can still resonate and this record proves it. BARREN? cultivates a great sense of both melancholy and uprising. The band may remind you the darker acts of the UK anarcho punk scene such as THE MØB just to name one. Those familiar with the Parisian DIY punk scene have probably seen BARREN? playing live with one of the different line-ups they had through the years. The band is now a three pieces and seems to have found the perfect brew. We’re happy to help these sincere guys and friends to release their first full length. The record comes in a poster sleeve with great Orwellian artwork by Barreto.

[engl] Welcome on the journey, "Taking trains" is the first BETTER OFF DEAD full lenght. This trio involves long time punk activists from Angers, France. BETTER OFF DEAD plays some kind of dynamic punk-rock with a melancholic touch here and there. Listening to these nine songs, other female fronted bands like LA FRACTION, POST REGIMENT or SIGNAL LOST may come to mind . Some melodies, guitar parts and bass lines may remind you recent peace-punk bands like 1981 or SURRENDER. Anyway, BETTER OFF DEAD develops their own identity on this LP. Lyrics treats various subject like religion, masculine behaviour, the need of travel... from a very personnal angle. The record come with nice artwork drawings by frontwoman Kroquette.

[engl] We're really happy to announce this release by BITPART. Beyond what's left is the second full length by the parisians punks BITPART and first release on Destructure. We saw the band playing live a several times through the years and got really excited by their new songs. Their music is full of sincerity and sensibilty. These guys have spent some times in the US and you can feel that it really influenced them in their music and lyrics. Their powerful pop is enhanced with 90’s noisy and grungy rock influences, the combination of male female vocals is outstanding. BITPART is the perfect incarnation of what a trio should be : with its great playing and sound, each instrument’s is bringing the best to the band and making each song super effective.

[engl] These three great human beings offer here a record which imposes itself as their best effort so far. BITPART just do what they want, it may be punk, melodic, noisy, whatever... the most important things you can hear in their songs is passion and sincerity. [engl] As the sky is once again studded with bombs the history repeats itself endlessly. “A giant game of chess they play with you and I as the disposable pieces” isn’t it ? There will always be atrocities to document and to denounce. This record fits perfectly to the current context. The lyrics have never been so meaningful in the sense that they depict a world where the dark side of the human race has the upper hand, where scorn and hatred know no end. Do we need to tell you that this new offering from BOMBARDEMENT is their best record ever and that you will never get enough of this raging punk deluge ? Yes, the guitars are like sharp incisors starving for revenge. Yes, the vocals resonate like bomb alerts. The future is here and it’s no fairy tale.

[engl] Between closed mines, abandoned factories and grey buildings rises DELETÄR. The city of St Etienne has been home of one of the most active french local punk scene for several decades. DELETÄR is one of the very few d-beat acts coming from the hexagone. This is their first album, get ready for 10 tracks of pummeling d-beat hardcore in the likes of TOTALITÄR, SKITKIDS, HERÄTYS and the likes, with some slight stadium rock to Burning Spirits elements. DELETÄR is made of current en ex members of LITIGE, STATE POISON, VOMIT FOR BREAKFAST, MOMS ON METH … It has been recorded and mixed their practice space and mastered by Brad Boatright at Audiosiege. Corelease with DELETÄR’s drummer Befa label Kick Rock. Comes with a great artwork by GG Ranskalaiset.

[engl] Are you ready for a new dose of käng frenzy ? DELETÄR comes out with a second album which reaches an uncontrollable level of fury. Expect 11 tracks of raging totalitär-esque hardcore that crushes everything in its path and leaves no respite. DELETÄR manages to hit the target in every song and the intensity remains intact throughout the whole album. The songs are punctuated by striking slogans and assumed guitar epicness. In a genre that can sometimes go in circles, it is pleasant to hear something so exhilarating and stimulating.

[engl] Taking influences from both sides of the Atlantic Exhaustion deliver an unforgiving hardcore assault. With ‘Surrounded By The Depths’ containing 12 tracks which weaver through many facets of hardcore bring medley of Scandinavian Kang punk, with the ferocity of Japanese hardcore, with a crushing sound similar to that of World Burns To Death and Deathraid.

[engl] GUTTER is a quite new band from the very prolific city of Lille, northen France. There is a lot of great bands coming from there since a couple of years. GUTTER released a cool demo last year and we were very enthousiastic when we heard these new songs. This first vinyl effort is a 7 songs 12" of distorded and bitter hardcore with a sour 80's aftertaste. GUTTER develops a very personal kind of anger and despair. The quartet has been compared to the recent wave of UKHC bands or to Boston bands but for us it's just a great fucking hardcore band done with sincerity.

[engl] This release shows how the Destructure musical spectrum is wide. Bordeaux KALTE LUST features members of punk acts like GASMASK TERRÖR or WARNING WARNING among many others but expect something slightly different. Their first LP was critically acclaimed in both parts of the Atlantic. The band delivers a cold and melancolic post-punk often compared to Siouxsie and the Banshees and X-Mal Deutschland due to the female vocals and a strong 80's atmosphere coming up from their music. "Pride is your Consolation Prize" is a step forward, the band develops its personality with more variety and experimentation in the songs structures. This second album contains 8 new tracks sung in english, german and (for the first time) french.

[engl] Lille punks are back with another dose of catchiness. 12 new songs of this singular brew who makes you sing along from the first listening.

[engl] Here we go again with a band from Lille, risen from the still burning ashes of TRAITRE, KRONSTADT is a new band from this really active punk scene. The ease option would be to compare them to their previous band but we won't. KRONSTADT offers some great punk-rock, heady and melancholic but also straightforward and catchy. A bunch of French punk bands from the 80's may come to mind while listening to this as well as more recent stuff but don't get wrong, KRONSTADT is nothing else but KRONSTADT. This 12" gathers anger, disobedience and urgency. KRONSTADT is also a band which succeeds at this hard task which writing french lyrics. This is a corelease with Une Vie Pour Rien, Senseless acts of Anger and Les Âmes d'Atala.

[engl] We know a lot of you were looking foward to LITIGE's second album, so we were. "En haut trouble" is out now and we are really excited about it as it's just the perfect following to "Fuite en avant" released in 2017. LITIGE have sharpened their identity and universe and these 10 new songs hit the target. Some may sum up LITIGE as melodic punk-rock but it's much more than that. Enjoy this new record as much as we do.

[engl] LITIGE is a great punk-rock band based in Lyon, these 3 girls and this guy bring something very fresh and inspiring, sung half in French, half in English. The demo was already really good, the shows we've seen were awesome and we could not miss this and offered to help them release their first vinyl effort. "Fuite en avant" contains 8 great punk-rock but not the boring kind of punk-rock. The vocal parts are inspired and lively. The social / personnal lyrics are very original and well-written. It's a record that you shouldn't miss.

[engl] Growing up at the end of the world makes you feel unique and timeless things. There is universality in life apart from the excessive urbanism of big cities, rocked by the waves and a not so rare sun. The teenage years are those of endless summers where feelings and the taste for freedom enter a new dimension. LITOVSK takes a look at this period but also on its commitment to activism and questions its relationship to others, social determinism and religious faith.This record could be described as a kind of testimony but it’s much more than that : lyrics, music and artwork go in the same direction and form a rich protean ensemble. During these five songs, LITOVSK ventures into new territories with more melodies and more room for melancholy without losing anything of their singular sound and energy. This 12’’ was recorded between Leipzig and Brittany and it is brilliantly illustrated by Evan Luven’s full of sensitivity photos.
