    Cilibrinas do Eden

    Das erste Nebenprojekt der "Os Mutantes" Sängerin Rita Lee, zusammen mit ihrer Freundin Lúcia Turnbull. Die Aufnahmen stammen aus dem Jahr 1973 und wurden im selben Jahr auf einem Konzert der Mutantes, mit den Mutantes als Backing Band, erstmals gespielt. Passend zur psychedelischen Musik, verkleidete sich Rita damals als freaky Alien. Offiziell wurden die Aufnahmen allerdings erst 35 Jahre später in kleiner Vinylauflage von 500 Stück veröffentlicht. Dieser limitierte Repress enthält, außer den Songs der 2008er Pressung, außerdem noch zwei rare Outtakes der Mutantes. Großer Tipp für Fans von (brazilianischer) Psychedelia, gespickt mit freaky Glam- und Progressive-Rock Elementen.
