(Groovie)Re-Issue des Debüt-Longplayers der kanadischen Garagepunk-Semi-Legende. Die vier Jungs waren damals alle zwischen 16 und 19 als sie ohne jegliche musikalische Vorkenntnisse eine Band gründeten. Der Name wurde kurzerhand von den creepy Nachbarn der Flintstones geklaut und optisch dresste man sich zu einer Mischung aus Beatles und Ramones - das war 1985. Ein knappes Jahr später erschien dann dieses lässige Scheibchen, das auch heute noch gern gehört wird! Der Sound erinnert an einen Mix aus den Sonics, den Staggers und frühen Mojomatics - beatlastiger Garagepunk eben.- Format
