[engl] Rock & roll from Montreal, Canada, that's constantly on the verge of falling apart, like mid-flight turbulence that makes your stomach sink. This fuzzed out nugget of catchy proto-punk is brought to you by Bachelor Records. Everytime our business partner Lutz from Soundflat Mailorder, a premier record-by-mail company from Germany, with a fine selection of discs and whatnot, orders from us (yes, he is a man of taste!) he asked if i have something interesting, outstanding, soon-to-be-classic for is powerpop fix, we point him into certain gems we have in stock, under the counter. When we recieved the first PLASTIC ACT 45 directly from the label, we immediately thought THIS is exactly what Sir Lutz is searching for! Their debut release was only pressed 110 times, and I think the copies we ordered were the only ones who made it across the big pond. Shortly after that Josh Herlihey / Plastic Act wrote he has three more songs recorded, and he is ready for a business meeting in Salzburg, Austria. During a warm and beer-soaked afternoon we closed the deal, and the rest is history! In that case, 300 copies of this! PRIVATE LIVES personell by the way, but this is the better band.- Format
