[engl] If their name is a nod to the pond where the village children used to go fishing, the Druids' music, for its part, has its source in darker lands. Those of the stories that the elders exchange in hushed tones and the secrets of these country roads where you are forbidden to walk alone at night. The Druids advance masked under their robes of sackcloth to better confuse the tracks, navigating as well in the murky waters of garage-punk and stoner as in those of shoegaze and psychedelia. In their black masses filled with fuzz and reverb, they invoke Black Sabbath, Stooges, Joy Division and 13th Floor Elevators.- Format
