Jeweils 240 Exexmplare mit der glatten KILLER-Seite aussen, bzw. mit der rauhen JAKA-Seite aussen. Dazu eine schwarze Banderole mit schwarzem Aufdruck, 4farbigen Label-Etiketten, inklusive Inlet, sowie ein Siebdruckkarton/Siebdruckaufkleber.
