Mal harmonisch und melodisch, mal dissonant und aggressiv, Sinaloa haben das große Gefühlsspektrum musikalisch umgesetzt und überzeugen durch wahnsinnige Energie und Spielfreude. Der Gesang reicht von intensiv gesprochen (hat was von Bob Tilton) bis zu wirklich grandios geschrieen (Yage, Saddest Landscape), was u.a. daran liegt dass alle mal dürfen ("Sinaloa is a state, everyone sings"), die vier Songs sind wunderbar emotional, meist wütend, spannend und nie zu verfahren (bei aller Breite), und selbst die Melodien kommen nicht zu kurz.- Format
