MIXED GRILL are skilled musicians through and through capable to create and perform songs with a steady flow that come as tight as a band might play and still with a maximum of vividness. Great brass arrangements add much to the gentle atmosphere of inner peace generated by band and album. MIXED GRILL are in fact as good as any of the mainstream funk bands from the early to mid 70s and truth is that they even scored a deal with UK based cult label Decca for a wider release of their album.
