[engl] KOHTI TUHOA’s self titled debut EP is finally available on vinyl again! The earlier 7” pressings sold out long ago and are getting harder to find, so it's time for this record to get the well-deserved LVEUM treatment. Unsatisfied with the original release, the band decided to remaster the record from the original analog tapes and rework the layout for best possible results. The LVEUM pressing will be cut on a 45rpm 12" and includes the complete 7-track session with the bonus track “Velkaa maksat kuitenkin”, which was left out of the original pressing since the session was too long for a 7”. This is KOHTI TUHOA in their early days: raw, noisy, fast and slightly more metallic, like a mix of Behind the Realms of Madness -era SACRILEGE, FRAMTID and classic Finnish hardcore.

[engl] Tokyo originators LiFE have focused their noisy frantic crustcore with a metallic darkness, pushing into abstract territories that only masters of the craft can pull off. These tracks are a frenetic onslaught informed by over 30 years of passion and strong message. LiFE is one of the last standing bands from this original scene in Japan and this shows they are as raging as ever. DESTRUCT rolls in like a tank surveying the scorched earth. Fist pumping and menacing, but creative within strict genre confines, giving their message an immediacy and power that it deserves. One of the best hardcore punk bands out there playing this brutal style. The beautiful art inked by Xavier Rekkaen points at the duality inherent in the band names and the concept of conflict on an elemental level. Legendary split between generations.

Their second fullength, Historiens svarta vingslag, was released as CD in 2007 on Halvfabrikat Records. Since then the world has not quite been the same. A long time, bands such as Disfear, Tragedy and Totalt jävla mörker led the way of crust/punk entirely. As the summer of 2012 approaches, the tables will turn. M:40 are back with their third fullength, titled "Diagnos". Diagnos does not only gives us the brutal side of Disfear, the raw side of Tragedy, or even the fierce side of Totalt jävla mörker. Diagnos also proves that crustpunk can infact be diverse; in contrary to the before mentioned. Imagine yourself arriving at the barren no-man's land, with no way back to safety; warmth, love or affection. This is the soundtrack to that exact moment. The vinyl edition comes in a nice gatefold sleeve with massive information.

[engl] "MAKILADORAS from Groningen (Holland) existed from 1999 until their demise in 2007. They were known for their ultra intense brew of Slaytanic Metal guitars in a bowl with uncompromising Crustpunk and Evas recognizeable angry vocals. They created a monster of sheer and mighty punk-metal mayhem that always stood up for DIY Punk ethics and this way toured as far as even to Israel in 2004. The Band published a stunning 10” MLP and Split 7” with “Radio Bikini” until their first Full Lengh “In eigen Hand” in 2005 dealing mostly with Gentec issues along other current political topics. MAKILADORAS split up in 2007 playing a stunning final Show at the 11th Trashfest in Hoogeveen (Holland) and recorded their last remaining 8 new Songs for a final 12” Release that was suposed to be released by PROFANE EXISTENCE in 2008. Due difficulties and a briefly end of PE’s Label activities the masters got returned to the Band and finally are available on vinyl 3 years later in form of the “Niemandsland” 12” on Ruin Nation Rec. This final releases includes 8 post mortem tracks of a full throttle SLAYER guitar ridden Metal and Punk feast. Recorded by Dirk Kusche at Bremens Kuchelrock Studios who is also responsible for the early thundering SYSTRAL recordings. The Artwork that attents this releases was done once again by Mr. Marald who created yet another masterpiece of Sleeveart... especially the detail in the front cover are simply amazing."
